Benjamin Plan
The Benjamin Plan is a custom-designed home by Azure Homes Inc. with a total heated living area of 2,000 sq. ft. and 2,684 sq. ft. under roof. This single-story home features a spacious layout that includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and additional dedicated spaces such as an office/bedroom, laundry room, pantry, and custom mud bench. The primary bedroom features a tray ceiling and connects to a custom shower bathroom and large walk-in closet. Outdoor living is extended with a 39 sq. ft. front porch and a 256 sq. ft. deck. The vaulted ceiling in the living area adds volume and elegance to the central gathering space, which flows into the open-concept kitchen and dining area.

The Samara Plan is a custom home designed for Azure Homes Inc., offering a spacious two-level layout with a total heated area of 2,823 sq. ft. and 3,763 sq. ft. under roof. The main level spans 1,875 sq. ft. and includes a luxurious primary suite with tray ceilings, dual vanities, custom soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. Additional spaces include two secondary bedrooms, an open-concept kitchen/dining area, vaulted-ceiling living room, mudroom with custom bench, laundry room, and pantry.
The walkout basement adds 948 sq. ft. of finished space, featuring a large family room, two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a sizable storage area (361 sq. ft., unheated). Architectural highlights include vaulted ceilings, exposed cedar rafters over the covered deck, and detailed exterior finishes with Petra Stone and Hardie Lap siding. The home includes a 736 sq. ft. garage, 29 sq. ft. front porch, and 175 sq. ft. covered deck.

Timber Ridge Plan
The Lot 35 plan from Timber Ridge Estates is a spacious two-story home designed with both function and flow in mind.
